The founding family of Granland brings a diverse and comprehensive background in property development, encompassing expertise in town planning, engineering, interior design, finance, accounting, real estate, and the retail and service sectors. Granland’s success is driven by a disciplined focus on market timing, in-depth analysis, strategic decision-making, and a strong reputation for credibility. The founder initiated the company’s first property development in 2014 with a duplex project, demonstrating a forward-looking approach by acquiring sites at optimal value and capitalizing on favorable market conditions.
Leveraging market expansion, the inaugural project delivered an impressive Return on Equity (ROE) of 107% over a three-year period. Subsequent developments have progressively scaled in size and value. As a family-owned enterprise, Granland operates with agility, enabling timely investment in high-return opportunities despite limited initial capital. Since its inception, the company has consistently achieved strong ROE across its portfolio.
